We are a micro-roastery based in Phrom Phong with a small shop front. The name Kohi (literal meaning is coffee in Japanese) is a reference to Kavin's (owner) upbringing in Japan. Introduced to Sabique from back in 2018, together we are pushing to showcase the best and affordable local Thai single origin through our roasting knowledge. Besides Thai espresso we offer various imported beans roasted purely for filter. Our goal is to keep our coffees simple, clean with a lingering aftertaste that will satisfy all customers. We strive to source for well processed coffees from trusted processors as a foundation for our roasting expertise. All of our coffees are roasted on a Probatone 5 at various batch sizes.
